There are no naughty horses.

We must be clear here. Horses don’t do anything to just simply be difficult. They do it because the stimulus they are experiencing, or the situation they are in is one of a few things or many of a few things to them.

They uncomfortable. They are anxious. They are confused. They are all of the above & overwhelmed.

Horses are passive, gentle animals that are biologically reluctant to exert more energy than is necessary for survival. There is always a 'necessary' motivating factor.

They aren’t ‘difficult’ for self amusement or entertainment . How are you, or how is the environment they are existing in impacting this?
