The Full Story
Severe Weather / Fire Weather Warnings
All bookings will be rescheduled if there is a severe, extreme or catastrophic weather warning forecast in your area.
All bookings will be rescheduled if there is an extreme or catastrophic fire weather warning in my area.
Working Climate / Temperature.
36 Degrees C & Up:
If the forecast temperature is for 36 or, over some bookings will be rescheduled.
If bookings are able to continue in the cooler parts of the day, bookings may continue.

38 Degrees C & Up:
If the forecast temperature is for 38 or over ALL bookings will be rescheduled.

34 Degrees C & Up - Ridden/Working/Exercises Assesments:
Ridden Assessments, and Coaching/Training will be rescheduled or cancelled:
1. if the temperature is forecast to be 34 and over,
2. or if the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature Approximation forecast is over WBGT 30 at the time of the planned booking,
3. or if the temperature at the location eventuates to be 34 or over at the time of the booking,
4. or if at the location of the booking it eventuates to be a Wet Bulb Globe Temperature Approximation is over 30.
Rider/Handler/Horse capability & behaviour.
Rider/Handler PPE:
All riders must be wearing appropriate footwear (smooth soled/no steel-caps) & a helmet with a chin strap that is designed for safety during equestrian sports.

All handlers must wear appropriate enclose footwear at all times, and a helmet during enclosed space training, and in all circumstances that you are advised to Nancy.

Rider/Handler & Horse Capability:
Nancy will advise if at any point she feels that the indicative skills sets, behaviour & welfare of the horse & rider/handler as individuals or a combination indicates an inappropriate match conducive to improvement or an improvement of safety & welfare outcomes.
The directions of Nancy must be followed immediately, otherwise the coaching agreement will cease immediately.
Rider/Handler & Horse behaviour:
Nancy will advise if at any point she feels that the indicative behaviour or welfare of the horse & rider/handler combination as individuals or a combination suggests or results in a situation not conducive to improvement, a maintenance or improvement of safety & welfare outcomes, or a safe situation.
The directions of Nancy must be followed immediately, otherwise the coaching agreement will cease immediately.
